    This is a shoutout to Meredith, my trainer at JSF. I’ve been working out for 30 years and I’ve been around plenty of personal trainers. What sets her apart is her ability to understand your goals and more importantly, build a program around any issues or injuries as well as minimize risk of other injuries. She’s not an expensive spotter or chat buddy like a lot of trainers. She checks in, keeps it fresh, and really cares.     JSF is the best and the “Women & Weights” program is a fun way to build community and strength! I’m consistently exposed to new exercises and techniques while being pushed beyond what I’d normally do on my own. I didn’t want to train in a competitor gym but rather favored an all around solution to health on and off stage and that’s what you get at Jeremy Scott Fitness. And if you have a goal, Meredith will get you there. I promise you that. Whether a physical challenge a meal plan challenge a mobility challenge or a personal endeavor of some other preparation she’s got you covered Plus, there’s this really cool class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 AM called women and weights and we’re a fun group and we are all looking HOT! Lol. Come have fun You can get where you want with 1-on-1, semi private with a friend like I do, or group sessions. Super flexible. 🔥🔥🔥

    A year ago I was frustrated with myself and looking to get fit with a focus on flexibility and mobility.

    In the beginning I worked out with Meredith 2-3 times a week in the gym and shortly after she began to offer women’s weightlifting classes. For several months now I have been doing one-on-one sessions with Mere mixed with 2-days a week of the women’s weightlifting classes.  During my time spent with Meredith, I have made incredible progress! I have significantly improved my mobility and flexibility and gotten much stronger.  Meredith encourages me and incrementally pushes me to achieve fitness milestones that I otherwise would’ve believed I couldn’t do! She also goes out of her way to offer very personalized training sessions, tailored specifically for me. I look forward to my time with her.
Meredith’s authenticity and genuine caring of others is what sets her apart. She meets clients where they are and encourages them for good, positive change toward their health and well-being.  I’ve learned so much from her and I’m a better person just being around her. She’s the best!

    I started my fitness journey with Meredith over a year ago. Throughout my entire journey Meredith has encouraged, supported, educated, and cared for me! Not only is she a great friend and PERSON, but she is a phenomenal personal trainer. She tailors your workouts to YOU and what your body can/cannot do. For example, I started having pain in my right knee. She immediately changed my exercises to help strengthen my knee, instead of pushing hard and potentially injuring it. Over the past year+ I have noticed a vast improvement with my physical and mental strength. My body has truly never felt better and I cannot thank her enough!
